Our Team
All our staff are highly trained and our counsellors are acknowledged as experts in their fields. They are selected not only for their qualifications and training, but also for their personal attributes and highly relevant experience. We demand their total commitment to the client’s reintegration back into society.
There is a high staff / client ratio, with a minimum of four senior therapists on each day in order to provide clients with effective care plans, which are reviewed on a 4-6 week basis.
This has resulted in Westcliffe House being able to offer effective specialist groups and individual counselling sessions, which have proven to benefit clients in the quality of their recovery.
