Referral Process
Referrals are welcome from all multidisciplinary agencies and private organisations. Prospective clients are expected to be free from mood altering substances through all stages of the Assessment and Residential period. It is the policy of Westcliffe to undertake sample drug testing and services are withdrawn where a client is found to be intoxicated. Assessment procedures include:
- Clients Assessment with Sponsoring Agency or Organisation
- Referral made to Westcliffe house by either the Client or the Agency
- Assessment Interview at Westcliffe House to determine mutual suitability of the client need to the therapeutic programme offered
- Admission date Agreed, if appropriate. Contracts and funding details finalised
