Statement of Purpose
Westcliffe House provides treatment programmes for those recovering from drug/alcohol addiction. It offers residential treatment programmes (varying from 12 -52 weeks dependent on individual client need). We also offer After Care day services for its clients. The age range is 18-64 years and the programme is available to both males and females. We offer accommodation alongside our treatment programme and are currently registered for 20 people.
We aim primarily to meet the needs of people recovering from addiction; however, we recognise some people will have mental issues concurrently. Where this is the case we will offer a multi- disciplinary assessment to ensure we can meet their needs prior to offering a place. We also offer a service to people who have a secondary eating disorder.
The programme is designed to offer quality therapeutic services / training programmes delivered by professionally qualified, specialist psychotherapists in a variety of fields, including Drama & Art psychotherapy; Couples / Family therapy; Trauma-Anxiety management; Eating disorders; Neuro Linguistic Programming; Relapse Prevention; Child Care, Growth and Development; Positive Parenting; Motivational and team development programmes.
Westcliffe aims to provide the highest standards of care for its clients in furtherance of this aim we already achieve an excellent rating with CQC and we have a quality assurance system which ensures that we remain at the forefront of quality provision.
