Therapeutic Staffing on a Typical Week
We have a core team of 3 therapists and other Specialists are bought onto the Team as required by Residents. To date these have included Adult Literacy/Numeracy, Sexual Health and wellbeing, Language Specialist (where English is not the first language) , IT Skills, etc.
We also utilise local agencies for debt management, Adult Education, Vocational Training, Legal and Housing advice etc.
For Clients who have Children under the umbrella of Social Services – they have the opportunity of working with a Child Care Specialist and we frequently take the role of ‘Supervisor’ for visits as required by Social Services.
There is the opportunity to work with a Family Therapist if Clients request it.
Daily Staffing levels will consist of a combination of any 4 of:
- Art Psycotherapist
- Adult Literacy
- Neuro Linguistic Programmes
- Music Specialist
- Drama Therapist
- Eating Disorder Specialist
- Congnitive Analytical Therapist
- Couples/Relationship Psycotherapist
