We expect clients to abide by the house rules and guidelines which are simple and straightforward. They relate to remaining abstinent, showing respect to others and keeping a safe environment for every resident. Having chosen Westcliffe House, we know that each client has the motivation needed to create change and we ask that this continues in an honest and open way.
Prospective clients are expected to be free from mood altering substances through all stages of the assessment and residential period. We will undertake sample drug and alcohol testing and services are withdrawn where a client has a positive result.
