Admissions

Clients come to Westcliffe House from all over the country.

Upon application, all prospective residents undergo a full needs assessment carried out by a senior member of our care team. The assessment allows us to decide whether or not we will be able to sufficiently cater for your needs. It is also the start of preparing a care plan and a good opportunity for our staff to answer any of your questions.

We understand that the decision to move into a residential treatment centre is a difficult one and we aim to make the process as supportive and as friendly as possible. The assessment will usually be done at Westcliffe House.

We welcome the opportunity to show prospective residents around and are very happy to arrange for a trial visit where you can come to meet staff and residents.
