As a care home we place the rights of our residents at the forefront of our philosophy of care. Westcliffe House is run as an open and welcoming place to live for people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Our staff strive at all times to treat our residents with sensitivity, respect and thoughtfulness.
During their stay, clients attend regular House Meetings to discuss any issues they may have and these are passed on to the Manager for prompt action. This ensures that clients know we are listening and acting upon what they say.
